Terms and Conditions of Session

Before choosing on a session please ensure that you have following in place:

• Ensure that you speak and understand English as I only speak English.
• Good internet connection that can facilitate online streaming.
• Have specific questions or challenges that you want me assist you with. These sessions are for you. However, do note that I cannot guarantee that I will be able to solve every challenge as I can only assist you based on my level of experience and competence.
• Have a keyboard/piano readily available. You will be asked to play or give examples for better clarity
• Ensure that your video and audio are clear and you are in a noise free environment. This will ensure an effective and efficient usage of the time booked.

Cancelation or Reschedule

Your purchase of a 1 on 1 session indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, I also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at my discretion. I ask you remain committed and faithful.

In general, these guidelines apply for session refunds and cancellations: 

• You may cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled session. The refund will be issued, minus a 5%-10% transaction fee. To cancel the session, send your request to markangeloconnect@gmail.com.
• Once I have scheduled sessions with the you, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the you may request to reschedule a session, if you give at least 24 hours advance notice to the session. 
• Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
